By having information ready such as income and monthly expenses, we can help you quickly figure out how much you can spend on your new home.

To save time, fill the attached application form and bring it to our sales and information center. If you have a decent credit, we will connect you to an appropriate lender who will qualify you for an FHA or a conventional loan. To apply for the loan, please make sure you bring:

• A Picture ID (Preferably your driver’s license)
• Your last three consecutive pay stubs.
• Copies of your 2 most recent W2 forms.
• Copies of the statement of any account you have (Checking or savings)
• Your last income tax declaration, preferably your two last ones.
• If you do not have a checking account or any established credit, do not panic there are ways around it!

If you are not a permanent resident and only have an ITIN number, we may still be able to help you. You need to make sure you bring your last two Income tax declarations and the documents listed above.

If your credit report is very negative, we will refer you to non profit organizations that can help you become eligible for a good fixed rate loan.
